No. Health Freedom is a healthcare membership that provides access to the benefits, resources, and support included with the membership you select. It is not a health insurance policy and does not replace major medical insurance.
When does my membership begin?
Your enrollment date is the date your payment is successfully authorized. Your Health Freedom membership becomes effective the following day.
Can I enroll family members?
Yes. Choose Single, Single +1, or Family coverage before selecting your membership. The price shown on each plan card updates automatically for the coverage level you choose.
Can I change or cancel my membership?
Health Freedom memberships do not require a long-term contract. Membership changes and cancellation requests are handled according to the membership terms presented during enrollment.
How do I access my benefits?
After successful enrollment, you will receive confirmation and information for accessing the healthcare resources and member support included with your selected membership.
